Parents/Nominees of students who do not avail the school's transport should present themselves at the school gate 15 minutes before the start/ dispersal of the school to drop/collect their wards.
Students must make sure school bags and other belongings are properly placed in the bus.
Students, who miss the allotted bus, should not try to board any other bus. In such cases it is the responsibility of parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students may, however, return by their allotted bus.
Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. There is no provision for temporary change in buses or bus stop.
The drivers are authorized to stop buses at designated stops only, unless otherwise directed by the bus teacher after consultation with the I/C-Transport and Principal.
Please do not get into an argument with the teachers, conductor or driver present in the bus. In case of problem, please give a written complaint to the school office .

For A student using the school bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving bus.
Parents should, ensure that their wards are always escorted to and from bus stops. For those children who for any reason, have to travel unescorted to and from their stops, an application mentioning the same must be sent to the Principal.
In case there is a permanent change in stop and/or bus, permission for the same has to be sought through a written application. The change shall become effective only after the school grants written permission.
Parents should consult the school's transport in-charge for necessary details of bus routes or any changes desired.
Bus facility will be provided on a 'first-come-first serve' basis according to the admission numbers.
If a student fails to appear in Annual Examination due to genuine medical problem or any other valid reason, he/she should furnish supporting documents with application within a specified date for Defaulter's Examination. After due verification by School Examination Committee, he/she may be given ONE chance to appear in Defaulter's Examination which may be arranged along with the Compartmental Examination. The criteria of passing marks will remain same as fixed for the Session Ending Examination.
A pupil failing in one subject in Class XI will be placed in Compartmental Examination. The Compartmental Examination will be held after two weeks of the declaration of the result.
o pass the examination, a pupil must obtain at least 33% marks in aggregate of each subject. In class XI, in subjects involving practical, a pupil must obtain 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical separately.
For classes IX and XI, the pass criteria would be the same as laid down in Examination By-Laws of CBSE for Class X and XII. Marks awarded in Project, Assignment, Unit Test and Cumulative Test will not be included in calculation of the final pass percentage but a student has to obtain a minimum satisfactory level of at least 33% marks in aggregate of the Project, Assignment and Unit Tests, to be eligible for declaration of the final results.
For class XI, the student has to pass in all subjects in the session ending examination. He/she may be given a second chance to appear again in one subject in which the student fails. The second chance will also be treated as defaulters' examination for genuine cases
